Fijn vakantieverblijf in prachtige omgeving
Wij hebben een mooie tijd gehad bij de fam Bloomsfield. Het huisje was heel ruim en netjes verzorgd. Twee grote slaapkamers en twee nette badkamers. In de keuken was alles aanwezig: oven, magnetron, vaatwasser. Wifi was prima! De auto kon geparkeerd worden voor het huisje. Kortom een echte aanrader!!

Lovely Lodge
Lovely well equipped lodge with plenty of room for the four adults that stayed. Quiet on site, probably due to time of year but that was preferred. Weather was good and location excellent for visiting Cotswold villages.

Great lodge in a perfect location. Everything needed was at hand. South facing decking was great for when the sun was out. The site was good too with good bars and restaurants. We were already familiar with the area as visited previously. Great base for exploring. I’ve already recommended this accommodation to friends and family. Thanks to Andrew for good communication.

Off peak summer visit
We had a lovely short break at the property which was perfect for us as a base to enjoy the surrounding lakes and activities. A very comfy pad to collapse back into after a day on the water or cycle paths. Inclusive access to Hoburne facilities within the park added hugely. Would happily stay again.

Fantastic accomodation, very helpful host
This was a really lovely place to stay and we will definitely be returning. The host was communicative and each to reach. The property itself was in a quiet part of the camp and was gorgeous, really spacious, modern and clean. Some very minor quibbles (a blocked shower drain; no basic cooking/tea and coffee supplies - teabags, salt and pepper, etc) didn't majorly detract from our stay at all. The location was lovely, and indoor pool was fantastic with our baby. Thanks!

Beautiful lodge
We couldn’t have asked for more from our long weekend at this beautiful lodge. Location was excellent with plenty of green space around the lodge and neighbours not too close. Everything we needed was provided for us and the layout was perfect. Lovely main bedroom with a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom, twin with good sized beds suitable for adults and this as well had a bathroom. Our weekend had glorious sunshine so we made full use of the on-site leisure facilities. The outdoor pool was lovely to relax in, and not busy at all. The families with young children seemed to prefer the indoor pool which had slides and fountains. We ate in the restaurant on one night which was lovely and on the other two nights we made use of the bar snacks which were brought outside for us. We ate on the terrace next to the pool and lake, it felt like we were abroad! All in all a most enjoyable stay! Definitely worth a 5star rating and we will definitely return.

Short stay
We had a lovely short stay in the lodge with our two children. The lodge itself is spacious and clean and is situated on a quiet park with plenty to do for the kids. It had everything we need to eat both in and out of the lodge and everything was where we expected it to be. Communication was good from booking with clear instructions provided on how to find the lodge within the park and check in/check out instructions. The park itself had good evening entertainment for the children a decent swimming pool with slide and play areas. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the Cotswolds in the future.

Nice stay, great accommodation in quiet location, ideally situated for days out
Great stay, accommodation perfect. Only problem we found was we enquired about the hot tub that comes up on the listing, I did ask Andy about a hot tub, he replied that there was not one at the property, however there was one in the leisure facilities, not really a hot tub though, just a Luke warm tub with no jets.

Lovely lodge!
This was a lovely base for our trip to the Cotswolds. The lodge was lovely and comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family of four. We didn't 'cook' much but everything was there if we had needed it (maybe just missing a set of oven gloves). We've stayed in lodges before and all agreed this was the nicest one - the shower was very nice and we struggled to get the kids out of it!! We took our own games etc but found a cupboard full of more and DVD's too. We found the lodge to be impeccably clean on arrival but I wanted to keep it that way so a small number of cleaning bits would've been handy. The bedside sockets had USB outlets which are always appreciated too! We enjoyed ourselves but know if the weather had been better we would've got to use the facilities on site more! We went swimming in the pool on site but we near enough had that and the slide to ourselves at times. We tried fishing one day at a fishery nearby but it was even too cold and windy for the fishies! They offered the kids to fish in the stock pond later on which was really kind but the wind had picked up again then. RAF Brize Norton was a 20-30 min drive away and we visited on our one wind-free day and it was brilliant - sat right under the flight path of the C-17's, Chinooks, and Apaches. The kids loved it. We ate at Cafe H in the leisure complex a few times and it was always nice, good coffee too. The kids (11, 5) were happy playing on the free soft play with other kids whilst waiting for orders. There's a little arcade that they loved visiting too. The staff were all lovely, always with a smile! The little shop had lots of basics, toys, and treats that the kids liked spending their pocket money on. There's a Co-op and One Stop not too far up the road too. All in all a lovely lodge that we would definitely book again! Thank you!

The lodge was really spacious and clean. It would be great if a travel cot was available but this wasn’t an issue. We will definitely be returning.

Review of 2 bedroom chalet
Lovely location. Tidy and beautifully presented holiday park. Some of the facilities were closed due to the Christmas holidays. Chalet was very up market, beautifully decorated and furnished. Very spacious and kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely break. Very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend it.

Lovely area to visit, very handy to use as a base.
The lodge was was amazing, Plenty of room for the three of us, I was very impressed with the bedrooms. Our host was very easy to get hold of and the site offered swimming and plenty of activities for children., I would consider taking my grandchildren next time.

We had a wonderful stay very comfortable lodge even with adults on the sofa bed ! The Hoburne site exceeded expectations the evening entertainment is outstanding well worth a visit - West in Musicals in particular. Great communication all in all enjoyable and we would happily return.

Lodge was beautiful clean and very spacious with everything you need. Easy contact with Andy the owner through Vrbo, easy check too. Will definitely be visiting this lodge again, we were a little worried after the reviews of Vrbo but we had no issues at all and found it excellent.

Family break in a luxury lodge in the Cotswolds
We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with no major issues. The lodge was spacious, generally clean, tidy and very well equipped with everything we needed. The children enjoyed the board games, DVDs and the outdoor space around the lodge. The reason for our rating is due to the lack of cleanliness on some of the kitchen items which was not up to our standard. The kettle was full of lime scale, the glassware smeared and some pans had not been throughly cleaned and contained remnants of food. Andy the owner was very helpful and responded to all enquires promptly.

We love the Cotswold Water Park - lots to do in a beautiful part of the world. We had a great week, the lodge was perfect, clean and well equipped with very comfy beds. Location on the park was good - at the end of a cul de sac, very quiet and with a south facing deck. A very hot week - a fan would have been welcome - but appreciate this is a rare occurrence in this country! We’ll be back. Thank you.

Lovely new lodge, excellent facilities
Fully equipped kitchen, amazing showers, comfy beds, excellent Wifi and TV service, spacious outdoor area. Everything very comfortable for a young family of 5. We had a wonderful 4 days at the lodge. Our boys loved it, especially the TV in the bedroom!! The toddler was able to run around the deck safely which was fab and we managed to fit her travelcot in the utility room so she essentially had her own bedroom. The decking area gets the sun practically all day and parking right outside was brilliant. Really lovely decor inside, everything we needed was available although remember to push the fridge shut tight...took us a while to work out the beeping on the first night :-) Thank you so much for a very much needed break away in such a lovely location.
