'Great place to stay. We stayed here a decade ago for a son's baseball tournament and had a great experience. This stay was no different. The breakfast was excellent. We went towards the end of breakfast time and there was still warm food. We left just before nine and there were people still eating. No one was rushing them or putting food away.'

'Very nice, clean, well thought out property to be convenient and comfortable. The host is extremely nice and accommodating. My only negative is it is advertised as having "TV". It does have a TV and if you have streaming accounts to watch previous programs, movies or news in Chicago or San Diego, it is fine. In other words there is no "live" TV for news, weather or sports. If you don't watch TV it is a great place. Very enjoyable.'

'Beautiful setting, and cottage. Could not have asked for more. Will stay there on our next trip. The owners were wonderful as was the local residents that we were able to chat with at the local bar. 'Our son was graduating from UMW and we wanted a place to stay and host a small graduation party. Blacktail Inn and Stables was the perfect venue. It was close to Dillon but still provided the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Accommodations were wonderful, Cory was a responsive host, and everything we needed was easy to find. Such a wonderful weekend!'
