The fire pit area was wonderful & we took advantage of it several nights. The skies are dark during a new moon which made for some great stargazing. 'Our stay at Big Oak Cabin was amazing. Being able to park in front of the porch and having a bedroom, bathroom, living room and deck on that level made it so much easier on our 81 year old mother who has issues with stairs. 'We rented this cabin to get out of the city and enjoy the outdoors. Very relaxing to sit in the swing by the river. We watched kayakers and rafters floating by the property. Due to rain the day before we arrived, we had a private waterfall all weekend. We enjoyed the property.'

'We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect for us. We went down to fish for a few days and get away and that’s just what it provided. The views are spectacular and we were very lucky to have great weather to enjoy from the decks.
