'This makes the second time we have stayed in the duplex. You can not beat this property for location. It is right on the beach, steps away from the ocean and a short walk to all restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing girls getaway. We will definitely be back!'

Well- stocked kitchen tools and beach chairs and toys with plenty of towels. Don’t expect fancy just trust charm and comfort!'

'It was so bad we didn't stay yet the host refused to refund. The building is falling apart and shored up with braces, I have flashes of the Surfside collapse. It's so had that its closed off to vehicles. There's no way I would have been able to sleep there. The beds, full size at best, had a wrong size thin fitted sheet and a comforter, no top sheet even. The futon was worn out as was the entire place! Save the hastle and scrabble of having to find something else last minute. And a substantial...

'Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
