'I was in town for a conference attended by hundreds of high school theatre kids. Hotels get busy and noisy. This was a much better alternative. It was out away from the noise and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was also not so far away that it took forever to find civilization. The property managers were great. There were little gifts in the loft upon my arrival that made me feel right at home. I would love to have stayed longer. If I am back in the area, I will certainly book this again....

'We enjoyed our stay at The Crow's Nest. The "cottage" was very clean, decorated nicely and provided everything we needed. The view from the family room was lovely. Wes and Leslie were very helpful giving us suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The area is quaint but close enough to Hendersonville, Black Mountain and Brevard that one could easily make day trips to these small towns. 'The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.'

'Second time staying and was even better than the first time. Saw multiple black bears down in the hollow was awesome to see! Location can’t be better multiple if not endless things to do around the area during your stay. Host goes above and beyond with things they offer inside the cabin including some tasty s’mores to enjoy around the campfire(wood provided!). Perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation definitely will have to book again!'

Supposedly my ID wasn't clear enough for a computer to read, so it wouldn't release our access info until a human corrected the issue.
