The washer and dryer were a plus and the neighborhood is safe. There are also a bunch of cute cats that hang around the area that came and played with my kids they enjoyed that very much. 'The property was as described. But it's an old place that has been somewhat superficially updated; some things - like windows and floors with protruding nails - have not been. Communication was somewhat problematic: we had to wait at the door for about 20 minutes before we got instructions on how to check in and the 'check out' instructions arrived after we had gone (we left early because we couldn't make coffee without coffee filters).'

'He was very friendly. Place is clean and it’s very safe. People complain about the train but honestly if you have a TV on or a fan, you can’t hear it. The only thing I didn’t like was the tv in bedroom. Not a smart TV lol.'

'Property has several units. We were downstairs, so there was some noise from upstairs. Wondering if they were going for shabby chic. Thinking they were a bit more on the shabby side. The room includes a kitchen but no paper towels or dish clothes are provided. The burners on the oven do not light automatically, so bring a match if you will need to use it.'

'DO NOT PAY TO FOR THIS LOCATION!!! The host Monica never answered! She never sent updates on check in instructions! I contacted her prior to my stay and never heard from her and the day of there was no answer sent multiple messages and her phone was off it would go straight to voicemail. They take your money and the night of your stay your left to fend for yourself and pay to stay at another location. VRBO basically has not send me my refund as they keep saying they are solving the issue but...

'I like that it was centrally located. The furniture was a little outdated. The stools had loose screws and the chairs were wobbly. Overall, the house was comfortable and spacious. The amenities could use improvement.'
