Good hotel very close to city.
Room was clean, spacious and bed very comfy.
The only thing was the noise from the room above or next door, not quite sure where the noise was coming from but it sounded like someone was dragging furniture around , it went on till quite late. Apart from that it was a good stay with a decent breakfast in the morning and nice indoor pool.

This hotel is very run down and needs renovation. The carpets in the corridor and in the room were stained and worn down. The floor tiles in the bathroom were very cracked. The water in the shower came out brown and smelling of rust for the first few minutes. Wifi signal in the room was weak but usable for our requirements.
On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good too, and it is a short walk to the old town.

Last minute reservation but superb stay
My son had gone to Cluj to attend a major concert but a mix-up on the flight schedules meant he arrived a day early and before his reservation for the following several nights. I immediately went into Hotels.com and found the Wyndham Ramada, and despite beingthe last minute, he was welcomed and treated like a long-term and valued client. The hotel is very comfortable, well located for the downtown area, has a great gym and fantastic pool (perfect antidote to a long day of travel) and a restaurant far above the typical hotel facility. He would have considered extending his stay but the large number of concert-goers meant the Wyndham was booked solid for the next several nights (and deservedly so). He has great memories of his stay, and of the warm welcome received. I recommend it most heartily.

Attention aux grandes chambres attention au bruit
Arrivée pour une greande chambre avec notre ado nous acvions une chambre avec un canapé-lit trop mauvias pour que notre ado puisse dormir correctement. Il n'y avait pas 2 pièces comme pour la photo. Une autre chambre n'était pas dispo ce soir la.
EN demandant le lendemain à déménager nous avons eu 2 chambres communiquantes extrêmement bruyantes

Never again!
Noisy room, couldn’t set up the excessive heat, old furniture and room, the bed sheet had a crack into AND VERY POOR WIFI! Not to mention that the clean up lady entered into the room without knocking on the door twice even the Do Not Disturb sign was hanged.
High price for a not cosy, not comfortable and poor WiFi place!
I don’t recommend at all!

Good location. Room was cleaned at a very variable rhythm, bathroom was cleaned once over the three weeks I was there - they did replace the towels every day, even though I had hung them up to say I would use them again, but never mopped the floor or wiped down the surfaces. Coffee cups and glasses were washed from time to time, free coffee and tea in the room was occasionally replenished. Very disappointing.

L'hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuné très correct, mais les chambres sont beaucoup trop chère pour l'offre : 3ème couchage sur un canapé-lit avec matelas très fin, lits juste recouverts mais pas refaits, ménage mal fait, déco vieillissante, taxis aéroport 4 fois plus chère que si l'on en commande un soit-même.

Good hotel in Cluj
It is a good business hotel. The bathrooms could be updated a little bit. But other than that, the rooms are big and comfortable. There is a spa with swimming pool on the rooftop with a nice view of Cluj, but I didn't use it. The personnel is very friendly and nice.

The room was very noisy and the hotel refused to change it although I said 4 nights and paid for an upgraded room. The spa floor (gym, spa, and pool) was closed due to cleaning for my entire stay.
The wifi didn't work properly so I couldn't do my business meetings properly.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne à l'hôtel ramada et c'était toujours aussi agréable.
Le personnel y est très souriant et efficace.
Petit déjeuner copieux
Chambre spacieuse, propre et lit confortable.
Seul bémol : pas de rideaux de douche, du coup sol mouillé et très glissant. Ma mère de 82 ans a lourdement chuté
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, très proche du centre-ville. Petite montée pour y accéder à pieds, mais tout à fait faisable, même pour une personne âgée

Hotel was nice but the people at the desk were not treating good with the outside country

Not giving any details only asking questions
From their end but if customer asks anything they are not helping
Even though it is near and clean with this kind of
Service I won’t stay here again in future trips

Recomendable
Buen hotel, buen servicio, gran desayuno. La ubicación no es en el centro mismo pero una taxi al centro son 10 min y cuesta 3 euros máximo.

Nice Hotel close to city center
The hotel is nice, modern and clean with comfortable mattress and pillows. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Walkable distance to city center, cathedral, shops and restaurants.

Needs a lot of fixing
The bathroom was not clean and had lots of mold in the shower. Toilet seat was broken and kept moving around.
