Lieve Virginie, wij betreuren het dat de bewoners van de andere kamers hebben hen geërgerd met lawaai, de hoedster van veiligheid was meerdere malen om hen te vertellen dat niet kon doen veel lawaai op dat moment maar uiteraard genegeerd hem, we hopen dat u genoten van uw verblijf met ons.

Hace algunos meses habilitamos este espacio para parquear, por la topografia del hotel y de Montezuma en general no hay mucho espacio para construir un parque donde la entrada sea plana. En este parqueo con entrada de lastre se puede entrar con muchos tipos de vehículos por no decir la mayoría. saludos cordiales

Hola Helberth, Que b ueno saber que la pasaste muy bien en nuestro hotel, nos complase saber que le gusto nuestra piscina de dos niveles, las instalaciones y que nuestro personal lo trato como lo mereces! El hotel no cuenta con parqueo privado adentro de las instalaciones sin embargo nuestros huéspedes paquean en nel frente del hotel , contamos con cámaras de vigilancia. Lamentablemente para uno de los días que estabas llovió mucho y se demoro unas horas en secar los paños lamentamos el inconveniente! Saludos Cordiales
