'The property was clean next to the water and quiet. The host provided information in a timely manner before arrival since there isn't any check in desk. '

We headed straight for the beach made super easy by the chairs and beach equipment provided! The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Check in and out was seamless! The host was easy to contact! Should we return to the space coast we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!'

'This was an excellent place for us to stay. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach, with all the necessities provided, chairs, umbrella, etc. Got to meet Stephanie and her husband personally on the beach while watching one of the launches from up the beach. I could only recommend that condiments(sugar, salt,pepper) be provided.'

'Our condo was just beautiful and clean.. we saw the space shuttle from our balcony.. we were right in the downtown where the boat races were. Now.. the building is old, leaking water, needs work…they are doing some work so you can’t sit on your balcony Mon-Fri 8-5. But we were only there Thursday-Monday. 'We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!'

'It isn’t as new as some of the others, but this place is awesome! The property manager is onsite daily and easily reached, ready to help with ANYTHING! The area is the best, everything you could need in walking distance, and SAFE! The beach, breathtaking! My husband and I enjoyed mourning walks every day to watch the sunrise, and loved to watch it set over the city from the rooftop deck. Overall this place is amazing!! We can’t wait to come back!
