'Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...'

'My husband & I had a wonderful time here. The house is perfect! It’s very well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed seeing dolphins from the patio, watching hawks build a nest, and just reconnecting to nature. Bruce is an excellent host! 'We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway.'
