'Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).'

Met oudjaar in hippe bar Bar Belly gezeten, erg vriendelijke bediening, maken een praatje met je, gezellig! Hotelkamer is leuk, hip gestyled, lekker bed, prima badkamer, maar wel kleine kamer. Maar waar niet in NY... Douche zou iets hardere straal kunnen hebben. De kamer van de kinderen was iets te koud (was - 15 graden Celsius buiten) maar er werd...

'Easy check in, great communication from the host. My favorite thing about the room were the bunk beds. Much more comfortable than sharing a bed everyone gets their own bed. Overall great value for the price. '

'The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. Even after check out they let me store my bags so it was really stress free. The windows in the room were big and had lots of natural light. I loved my stay i can’t wait to come back again '

'This place was a real find. The location was top notch and the room was so comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet. All you heard was the people walking above you which cannot be helped. The price was great and they even store your luggage for only $5 a bag. There are extra bathrooms and showers in the hallway if you are a family of 4 and should need that, or just need an extra bathroom. The neighborhood was excellent with a quick walk to Penn Station, Macy's, Empire State Building,...

'Nice apartment with the facilities I need but the neighborhood could have been better. It is nice that the metro is just outside the building. Still do not understand why do I had to pay 100$ in cash because of a 'late check in' when I arrived at 7pm, a normal time to check in in all the hotels and apartments of the world. '

'Comfortable room, bed and bathroom. I wouldn't call it a studio, but it does have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. Just no crockery or cutlery. Located close to subway and lots of shops and restaurants in the area.'
