'Steve was so helpful and easy to contact. The condo was very clean & beds were comfortable as well. Great location with views of the beach from both balconies. This condo community is unique to Matagorda as it has a beautiful pool area. Great for families . I have future plans to stay in this condo again for sure.'

'Out of all the Condos available to rent, this one by far is in the best location. End of the street on the corner with the beach trail directly behind the house, and close, easy access to the pond. Anne was fantastic and the house was adorable and spacious. The only bad thing was the swarms of mosquitoes that made it impossible to leave the house without being covered in clothes or bug spray. That being said a local let us know they are not usually that bad and they came after the recent storm....

'The house is gorgeous. New amenities, great location. There are chairs for the beach provided, a bbq pit, fully stocked kitchen and great outdoor space for hanging out. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable beds! Kids room slept 5 kids comfortably. We had little kids and they loved the bunk beds. Loved the everything about this house and since this is an annual family trip for us, we definitely plan to book again.'

'The inside of the house was great. Very roomy, everyone was very pleased. Outside was a little different, the gas grill was so rusted it was unusable. The regular grill had no lid, so hot dogs or sausages were the only option. Byt'

'Bobbie &Matt were excellent hosts, allowing us to set up last minute accommodations for my wife's 60th birthday getaway. The home is in a great location near the beach and close to enough to town for any last minute things we needed from Stanleys. The house was clean, neat and the house was well stocked with everything necessary for a great stay. We come to Matagorda often and will check their availability again. Take care, till next time!'

'We went on a trip for my birthday. We usually travel to Rockport for my birthday, but my father in law's place was occupied, so we decided to do something different this year. All I can say is that we had a great time and if your looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place to go! We had a very great experience and we will be going again when we get the chance.'
