'We were here for just one night and this place was perfect. Easy access, clean, and very responsive host. My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. Otherwise great stay.'

'First thing, if you have back problems or are pregnant look elsewhere. The bed and the frame is shaky. I felt every spring in the mattress. Other than that the accommodations were good. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a washer and dryer and kitchen area which was really convenient. Overall a pleasant stay. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and perfect for the train to Philadelphia. It was comfortable and quiet accommodation. I would say however that it could do with a bit of a makeover as the decor and furnishings were rather tired.'

'The stay is conveniently located but the area is really sketchy. The place is made of popsicle sticks and Elmer's glue; the construction is cheaply done and poorly executed. The hosts were the worst part. I asked for a photo of the building a few weeks ago and they were rude, gave me the runaround, and were downright uncooperative until I contacted VRBO directly to report them for a fraudulent listing. These people are the definition of capitalist opportunists. There's a lot of construction...

'Mina was a joy, offering lots of useful tips, giving us a tour of the trees on the property (beautiful old trees), and introducing us to her dog Zoey, giving us a bit of ice and extra coffee (promptly!) when we asked. 'From booking to actually seeing the place in person, i was thoroughly impressed and pleased. The hosts kept the lines of communication open to answer any questions and provide guidance.
