Negatief: Personeel en service, comfort kamer
Disappointed... Very bad service
When we came to the hotel, the front door was locked, lights inside where off and on a printed paper on the front door was written that the hotel operation is currently discontinued. We were shocked because we didn't know this 2 days ago while booking. Ringing the doorbell didn't help. Just after 2 times calling a number of the security company someone answered, but give us a wrong Pincode to enter. After 25 minutes someone who lives in the building helped us to open the front door.
After opening the front door, there were a lot of problems during check in (45 minutes) and a few hours later to enter the room, because the card to enter the room was not working. From the moment I called for help till the moment someone came to help and I finally could enter our room, approximately 90 minutes passed.
The table in the room is sticky if you touch it, the room was a bit dusty like it is not cleaned properly. And in the night when we went to sleep, there were also some hairs in bed....ieuw... The time we lost, the stress and the total disappointment of the service of the hotel was too much. Sorry, but I will not advise this place to my friends.
