The entire staff was friendly, kind, and honest with me when I checked out they seemed uncomfortable with my personl issues, but never denied me shelter. I would give 10 stars if it were an option thanks so much!!!

Upon arrival, I was worried that the outside didn’t look as pristine as the photos online appeared. I was pleasantly surprised to make it inside and be met with a nice facility. My room was clean, there was a pretty large mini fridge, and microwave with tv. Check in was really fast and their staff was kind.

the hot tub is being taken out. I purposely booked this hotel for the hot tub that wyndham and expedia advertised. I had to block my card to keep the hotel from charging me because I didn’t stayy.

As someone who use to live in Columbus and never really paid much attention to the hotel in passing as it looked just like any other hotel and didn’t stand out from outside.. but the inside is a totally different story and much nicer than I ever would have expected it to be… pleasantly surprised to say the least

Do not go there.
It wasnt great. Check in took us about 15-20 min even though we were there an hour after check in. Guy at the front desk kept talking to workers to go through our room. Telling them the guest was here. Bed wasnt made. Stains all over sofa. Shower was dirty with hair in it. Breakfast the following morning, wife found 3 different beard hairs. On embedded in her eggs, the other 2 embedded in a sausage patty... disgusting honestly.

Clean and comfy
This property is meticulously clean, and the room was comfortable. There was a decent selection of cable channels with good reception and a quality television. I reserved room 104 with the hot tub and it worked flawlessly with good water pressure and sufficient hot water. The pool was very clean and it is heated to about the perfect temperature. The only complaint I have is with the fitness center being closed without any notation on the website or any remarks by the staff at check-in. Also, the hotels website displays a spa tub that no longer exist. The property should update it photographs to remove this image. The property is next to a busy interstate and highway, so there was road noise all night long. This did not bother me because I am a sound sleeper. However, it may be enough to bother some who are light sleepers. The front desk lady was extremely polite and efficient. The breakfast had a small selection, but there were eggs and bacon along with the normal carbs. I would definitely stay here again even with the few very minor issues.
