First hotel where I had to leave a $200 CASH deposit, which means I had to use the very convenient ATM located right beside the FRONT DESK. This is because we booked with Expedia. What if you didn’t have money in your bank account to cover that, you would be screwed. The other issue was the computer system wasn’t working so we had to stand there for five minutes waiting to sign something. I have used Expedia quite often, but never had to do a cash deposit, so if you don’t have $200 in your bank account, you might not wanna come here.

Workout equipment in the “fitness center” is falling apart. Pool is freezing. Rooms not stocked w basic supplies like toilet paper. Breakfast was 2 stars at best. Waffle maker does not work properly. Pool is freezing. Beds are hard. Foul odor in room. Tiny towels. Air conditioner did not work well so we were all Miserable and did not sleep. Would not stay again.

Most of the faculties were fine, but the breakfast was among the sloppiest we have seen. Food and yuck on counters and floor and overflowing trash cans. The king suite had the strangest layout that made much of the room unusable. Crowed lounge and bed area with a 10X10 area around the sink that was down a narrow hallway next to the bath.

The king bed was extremely comfortable. The only complaint I have is that someone was smoking pot on our floor and the smell was seeping into our room. We did not call and complain.

Our toilet was very explosive. Every time you flushed you had better stand back or you would get sprayed! When we told the desk clerk upon leaving, he simply chuckled. There were also pubic hairs on the toilet. Also, they ran out of plates for the breakfast.

The room was great. The pool was closed so that was too bad. The breakfast and coffee were awful. The coffee came from a vending machine and the creamer was spoiled. The breaksfast was poor quailty.

Overall I was pleased with our room. It accommodated our needs very well. The coffee table leg was pulling out from the crossbar. I was able to push it back into place. There was dust on the alarm clock. The couch was comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The bedside tables were minimal. A little more attention to detail would have made this super.

Good amenities for a two-star hotel. Breakfast was pre-COVID quality and just to be clear, that’s a good thing. Weekday happy hour was just what I needed after a long drive.

In need of a deep clean
Check in was very easy and the woman at the front desk was very nice. We went into our room and turned on the air conditioner then left to go run a couple errands when we came back our room smelled so bad from the air conditioner we had to turn it off and open white little part of the window that we could. I went to put something in the nightstand and when I opened it up there was a cup in there that was half full with a dark substance and I just left it I did not touch it. I went and got some wipes from the front desk to wipe off the night stand lights as both of them had not been wiped off and to say the least they were quite disgusting. The area around the refrigerator needed to be clean. I will say the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was OK nothing spectacular. I hate that I used my reward points for this hotel because it definitely was not worth it and I knew that I would not be able to get my points back and possibly not my money and since it was only for one night we stayed but I definitely will not be back nor stay at any other sleep in hotels.

No toilet paper, kleenex, the shower had dried soap with pubic hair in it on the walls. Also, the hair dries was shattered. I tried to call the service desk and it rang busy everytime. I went down to the desk to get everything that should have been in the room, three people were standing there talking. I had to interprut them to make my request known. They acted putout! I said you can bring the items to the room I am not waiting. When a female brought the stuff she said next time call the desk. I said I tried, someone had the phone off the hook. She just said oh!! No I am sorry for anything! Try having a BM and no TP!!
