'Great service '

'Staff was especially friendly and welcoming. I arrived needing a restroom right away. Was informed that No “public” restroom available. Although I considered myself a guest and not public. Thankfully the staff expedited my check in to allow me to get to restroom. Only negative to speak of is the lack of maintenance. Door hardware in the bathroom in my room was destroyed. Fortunately I was alone and did not need to close it during my stay. Overall maintenance seems to be lacking. '
