The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.'

Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap.'

'This house was good for our large group. We had mostly preteen girls! Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was every spacious and had everything we needed. Hope to use this house again if we're in the area!'

'The house was great. Clean and well stocked. It is an older home so it is not fancy but that did not take away from the stay. We loved being able to hang out on the back deck. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.'

The house was very clean, adequately described in listing, and Ruth made sure we had everything we needed. We were concerned about the location’s proximity to I-630 but it never bothered our sleep.
