We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. 'My mom and I stayed here for a roadtrip to spread overdose and fentanyl poisoning awareness, which my brother passed from last year. Our host was awesome and the airstream was so cute! It was clean and decorated so nicely. We are use to the camper lifestyle and had no issue with the size of the kitchen or living areas! The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze compared to our camper but looked very nice. If we had any suggestions to make the place better, we can only think of one thing and...

'The hallway smelled of weed, the bathroom door would not close, there were cockroaches everywhere, the mini fridge would not close because of a build up of ice. It was an older hotel and it has not been updated or maintained. It was disgusting.'

'There were roaches in my room, and what apppeard to be rat droppings. The bathroom had pubic hair in tub and on toilet seat upon first arring. Housecleaners were asleep on benches infront of elevator.'

'Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during an Expo. The convention center is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and close to many restaurants. Hotel is new, clean and has comfy rooms. Personnel is very friendly and has a payable valet parking. Fitness center needs an upgrade. Good stay!'

'Everything needed at apartment, cups, plates, washer dryer etc. Check in was easy but communication a little difficult when there were issues as you can only communicate through the app when there's not someone at the front desk. The app sent someone to fix my TV at 1am! Could have been cleaner but staff were really nice when I did find them.'
