Staff were nice and courteous. Serious upgrade is required for elevators, general area cleanliness. Housekeeping had to be requested, never heard of this at any LA Quinta we stayed at in the past 10 years. Not in any hotels for that matter.

I’ve stayed here 12 times and it gets worse every visit. I booked 20 clients here for three days and all of them complained. Dogs barking all night, breakfast is sketchy and good luck finding an operational elevator.

The property was run down and unkept. The staff was never at the front desk, the elevator was disgusting, the room bedding was dirty and inside out, the tub was peeling, the toilet had black stuff in it that could have been cleaned, the carpet in the room was new and the counter tops were also new so that was nice. The shower was the best part it was nice and hot! Other than that I wouldn’t stay there again for free. Too scared to eat breakfast because the place was dirty so I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Poor experience. I have no idea how they got a rating higher than Marriott!!!

I like the close proximity to the highway. However, the property wasn’t very clean. The hallway had stains on the carpet and the stairwell was dirty. Also, my room carpet was’nt the cleanest and the bathroom could use a deep cleaning or remodel because the two swinging doors were just weird. The fitness was hot and didn’t have towels, cups for water or no remote control to watch either of the two televisions that were on the walls. Also, several dumbbell weights were missing. Finally, the breakfast didn’t have waffles even though there were two waffle irons on site and not in use. No Orange juice or fresh fruit which is a staple of a continental breakfast, if that was the goal!

They do not come in and make your bed in the morning they didn’t give clean towels. Also their continental breakfast was nonexistent. They ran out of everything very early in the morning would not replace it when I told them about bringing clean towels in they told me I had to come to the front desk at night to get towels they didn’t make the beds in the morning or clean the room would never stay in that place again.

Hotel actually was great. Staff on the other hand was rude day of check. We did late check out. And the front desk and house keeping kept knocking at our door 1 minute after 12pm. Mine u check is 12pm they knock our door literally at 12pm waiting out side of the door. I traveled the world and never experienced such behavior. So unfortunately. Think about staying at this location is a big no.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff very friendly. The AC was not working (impossible to stop the fan through the AC unit or the wall unit, i had to unplug the unit from the wall). When we arrived are sink in our room was clogged up had water in it and it was dirty I called down right away they said they didn't have a room to move us so we had to stay in our room with the broken sink we checked in Friday and left Monday morning and nobody came to fix it or offered to move us the next day when rooms freed up and I was bitten up by something in our room and I'm not sure what it was .

This is a good hotel. The staff was exceptional, very gracious and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. The sheets and bedding were washed but covered in multiple dark stains. One particular spot was larger than basketball size and dark brown. No towels in the bathroom. Bathroom towel rack had been torn off the wall and reattached in multiple places multiple times. Elevator doors had laminate coming off on about a two foot section. Elevator control panel held in place with blue painters tape all around it.

The facility overall was not bad. Cable was not working and the towels were dingy. The mattress felt like it needs to be replaced as well as the pillows. The staff were respectful and the room was clean upon my arrival. I didn’t have that typical hotel rest because the bed was not comfortable which kept me up both nights. The surrounding area was noisy even with a sound machine…Loved the restaurants being really close and all the major stores were close as well. Property was tucked away which was a good escape from the hassle of the area..

Very good option for staying. Just 15 min away from Mystic falls Covington (vampires diaries) Hotel staff were very nice and kind.
