'Ari was SO HELPFUL! She provided early check-in when I asked, after hurting my back getting to Sarasota, and it was a HUGE relief! Then she allowed me to check out 36 hours early and refunded the night I did not use. 'Place was clean and excellent location but not quite as depicted from on line picture. Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy.'

'Great responses from owner. Wonderful location. Easy local transportation up and down the island. We cooked in our condo, I brought my own spices. Didn’t expect them to provide. However It did have some spices, ie: salt, pepper, sugar. They seemed old though and should be replaced. Overall great place and would stay again.'

Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.'
