'This is our second time staying with this property owner, and I always appreciate the great communication and responsiveness. The property was exactly as described, absolutely spotless, comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful patio!! And we were only a couple of blocks from Cafe Versailles, 5 min away from the rest of calle 8 and 15 min away from Miami Beach. Excellent location.'

They have a great table for playing games. If your going to do laundry make sure to bring laundry detergent. 'I stayed for my birthday with a group of friends and it was the most amazing experience! We loved the location as the best Cuban cuisine is in close distance which was very nice. Also with the amount of people we had, it was very spacious and it didn’t feel cramped at all! 'This was our first time in Miami and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, getting to the freeways was easy. They had everything you need including a little cooler that was perfect for us to take drinks and snacks with us. The neighborhood was on the border off some very expensive properties so we had no worries about any hinky people. Bert and his wife were very kind and east to communicate with. Great location to discover Miami
"We loved our stay at this property. It’s a characterful house with enough space for three (or four) and a perfect stay in order to discover Miami. Most if the hot spots are within 20 minutes drive and all daily necessarities within walking distance. Which is great as the neighbourhood is very clean and safe. You could even do everything by Miami Trolley, a free bus system (but it takes time…) Check in had some struggles is and some things didn’t work (correctly) like the coffee machine or the TV. But Maria reacted fast and solved all problems! Especially the communiation with her was very good, friendly and pleasent. The furniture is a bit older and could need some refurbishment (especially the kitchen) but that was no problem for us. We definitely recommend this location and if ever we’ll come back - this is our space in Miami."
