I booked three rooms for employees working in the area. After the first night, they all reported cockroaches in their rooms, making for an uneasy night's sleep! All three refused to return after the first night to the uncleanliness of the property. I contacted the property right away to cancel the remaining two nights. Motel 6 said they would cancel the reservation, however, two days later I was informed by email that the stay would not be refunded. I find this highly unprofessional considering they state "Guests reviews say good things about the clean rooms at the property.' I would not recommend and suggest visitors to Corpus Christi avoid this hotel.

Alicia provided EXCELLENT customer service and helpfully answered our multiple questions over the phone. She listened and reserved an excellent room for our needs. Her co-worker at check-in was friendly, but not as helpful/customer service-oriented so we felt fortunate to have initially been in the care of Alicia. The room was quiet and had a well-functioning air conditioner. The floors and bedroom mirror were dirty, however, and sub-par for Motel 6. No house-keeping service during our two-night stay.

There was a ky jelly bottle underneath the bottom sheet that my son found, the light above the sink didn’t work, and I didn’t know I had to ask for fresh towels. We were out all day and came back around 10pm to find the bed wasn’t made and no clean/dry towels to shower. Had to go to the office to ask for some and the guy gave me 2. I also asked for an extra blanket but the guy said they don’t have extras. Weird to me.

it was a very unsafe place and the bed was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t chose this place again. it was a very quick little getaway for us so I didn’t do much research on the place besides I booked through a third party so definitely lesson learned!

First room floor had dirt and hair all along baseboard in bathroom, also I popped popcorn kernel in the corner of the bathroom. Was moved downstairs, next day myself being 70 yrs old and granddaughter were attacked by a large pittbull dog running loose. The dog also attacked my dog. The clerk and staff all said they didn’t know who the dog belonged too, but later had it in the laundry room with all staff coming and going. Had to leave and go to another motel

The room was clean and all the plumbing worked. The beds were comfortable. The area outside the room was dirty and littered. We stayed multiple nights and there was no room service at all. We had to go get bath linens and toilet paper. This motel would be fine for a one-night stay, but not for multiple days.

The toilet was on its last life. The sink didn’t drain well. The floor felt dirty and I wore shoes the entire time. The place smelled like horrible. The lady’s working though 10/10 with their customer service skills.

Horrible place. Light outside the room keeps room well lit during the night. Around 1 am people were yelling and running up and down the stairs and management didn’t do anything about it. It’s very hard to rest in this kind of conditions, so I had to wake up and drive 3 hours back home at 2 am.

There was big spiders in the bathroom. The floor next to the table was sticky. Blankets and bedding were worn and thin and only two small flat pillows. No room service next day for a to day stay. Dead bolt did not shut entirely into the door frame.
