'This house was amazing! The layout of the house was perfect with an open floor plan and inviting outdoor area. The house had all amenities you could need with beautiful and comfortable decor. The house was clean and well appointed with fresh flowers and welcome pastries upon our arrival. The location was great as well, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I can’t say enough great things about this and want to book it again soon!'

'We had 8 people and the 2.5 bathrooms was key to everyone being comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen + the washing machine and dryer. Bathrooms are good sized. Both rooms with balconies have a beautiful view. Location is KEY! Excellent stay!'

'Our family started a new a tradition of spending time once a year at Pajaro Dunes. House 33 was a great location and there were so many things to enjoy. Our four grandkids were able to walk to the beach and it seems like they can never get enough of the ocean. It's so beautiful. The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the foosball and air hockey and the Jacuzzi. I could go on and on. Just a really great place and we had a really great time.'

The property requires some maintenance to be appropriate as a rental . The biggest issue is rodents. They are numerous and very comfortable walking around the kitchen while we were in the living room.
