'We loved our stay at the Petite House. It has a large yard and the house is very cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family gathering for TLU graduation. The listing mentions the drained lake, but I didn't realize it was right on the river (I did see it on the map, but didn't know I had access). That was a big bonus. 'The river access, canoes, paddles and life jackets were all available for our use, including other floats to enjoy the water which was a great temperature. The tiny house was lovely, clean, and accommodating, with nice touches like hammocks and swings for relaxing outdoors. My family and I had an excellent time.'

'Everything was great! The amenities provided, the location, everything was wonderful. Loved that they provide life jackets of all sizes and kayaks. 'Absolutely great house for a group! The interior was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The interior is decorated beautifully with a great modern Texas farmhouse vibe.
