'Reaching the villa is an adventure, driving over a very steep but well drivable narrow road. If you rent a car (you do need a car!!) you should go for a diesel. We didn't. Our Nissan Micra made it barely through the hairpins in first gear. A diesel would have been much easier to drive. Once there you get an astonishing view over Almunecar, the hills and the sea. Car is needed to go to the beach, but it's a feature easily understandable from the map and the description (no bad surprises) and it provides access to the complex swimming pool (very nice). Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist etwas steil aber dafür wird man mit einem tollen Blick ins Meer behlohnt. In der Nebensaison war es schön ruhig und der Weg zum Strand, um mit den Kindern zu spielen ist kurz. 'Top huis. 3 slaapkamers, 3 wc en 2 badkamers en binnen meer dan genoeg ruimte. ligt op +/- 10 a 15 min wandelen van centrum. Maria is zeer gastvrij en zeer goed te bereiken !!'

'Una casa muy peculiar con un jardín fuera de lo normal. Manuel tiene el acierto de conservarla frente a otros sitios sin personalidad. Le faltaría una renovacion de la cocina, la ropa de cama y mesa y de algún mueble, pero la casa es cómoda. El jardín es grande, tropical, ideal para comer o cenar porque la temperatura es agradable. El anfitrión es encantador, educado y siempre dispuesto a echar una mano.'

'Im Allgemeinen war das Objekt komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, das man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten und Badezimmer sind ok. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ok und die Kommunikation top! Allerdings ist es kein Haus, sondern eine Wohnung mit einem Gemeinschaftsgarten, der durch einen Schotterweg getrennt ist und sehr schwer begehbar, da eine steile Treppe ohne Befestigung in den Garten führt. Für mich ein großes plus, dass mein Hund mit durfte, allerdings eignet sich das Grundstück...
