'My 2nd time visiting this property. I didn’t spend a lot of time my first time here. However I noticed a few things this time around in my room that made me want to go back to my other hotel. The property and majority of the staff were phenomenal. The rooms need updated..'

'Great time'

'The property is very clean and the outside has been recently renovated and patios redone. There is a wasp nests forming on our patio and due to one of us having severe allergies, we weren't able to enjoy that part of the condo. The condo has been clearly freshly painted and is clean. However, the mattresses are HORRIBLE. All of ours had well worn dips and the one that was in the two double bed room that was further from the door has a DEEP dip that you could fall into rolling over on the bed....

'The condo was very comfortable. The balcony was very nice, comfortable furniture, nice location. The only negative was that I had called twice to assure that we would be given a closer location to the main ,front desk , building. We were put towards the back of the area in building 17. We had some medical conditions that made it difficult. Our Ubers were kind enough to drive to building 17.'

'Lala was an absolute delight for our check in and check out process. She is amazing! We always enjoy our time at Wyndham properties. We had a long conference at the Gaylord Opryland all week. We were grateful to unwind every evening at the Wyndham!! Thank you!'

'The room layout was fabulous. The energy of Kayla at check in was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. Unfortunately I have never stayed anywhere where I was constantly seeing insects of all kinds. Primarily in the shower area and the kitchen by the sink. My husband and I were very uncomfortable with the bug situation.'

'The location is very nice and it is a quiet place to stay. The outside of the property recently renovated but the inside is not. The carpeting, furniture, appliances, etc. are very old and in need of a remodel. It is very clean and quiet. However, the worst part is upon check in you are stalked about a time share.'

'Loved our stay up until we were leaving and we left 2 hours earlier than checkout time, but the cleaning people were literally sitting outside of the room waiting for us to leave which made us feel rushed. Other than that, the property was great!'

'Overall this was a great property in a quiet location. Just a couple minutes from the Gaylord Opryland where we were for a week, for a dance competition. The unit was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer for our stay. In addition, the front desk, provided paper goods, toiletries, and dishwasher/laundry detergent should you run out. The only thing I would suggest is that the carpets need a deep clean. I would stay here again.'

'roof top and garage were full of beer cans. couch should be replaced. nasty stains on it. towels were not in the bathrooms but they were clean and in the dryer.'
