Ótima opção de hospedagem a Courmayer
O hotel é bonito, moderno, bem localizado - próximo à principal rua de comércio e restaurantes de Courmayeur. No entanto, tivemos problemas com a parte hidráulica no banheiro que demorou 2 dias para ser solucionado. Mas o staff é gentil e prestativo O café da manhã em um lugar com uma bela vista do jardim e montanhas e com boas opções de produtos frescos.

Steuttura, location, pulizia e personale disponibilissimi, cordiali e pronti ad assecondare ogni tua richiesta. Colazione a buffet molto.buona e con una vista sul mo te bianco strepitosa. Unico neo la SPA, che è molto bella e ben seguita ma l'accesso è consentito per una sola ora al giorno che per una steuttura 5 stelle è poco.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff and a 5 star breakfast. My wife and I had a 2 night stay for a ski weekend - the shuttle car to the slopes was efficient and quick. The spa was most welcome after a hard day on the slopes!

Una grande delusione!!!! Hotel è stato cercato e prenotato con precisi criteri , collazione, ristorante, parcheggio, spa! Al arrivo abbiamo avuto una brutta sorpresa! Ristorante chiuso!!! Pure un bar!!! Direttore è stato super scortese e maleducato!!! Ha detto che sul loro sito era scritto che offrano solo B&B!!! Solo il prezzo non da B&B ma da un hotel di 5 stelle!!! Quindi colpa del cliente che non ha controllato sul loro sito cosa aperto e cosa chiuso!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This hotel has no respect for Orbitz Platinum and should be removed from VIP list. I could select other hotels at cheaper price. I selected this hotel because orbitz advertised this hotel as a VIP benefit hotel. I paid over 300 dollar/night for a room but I was given a room which had a view of someone's backyard and a playground. The room also had no AC. The room was hot and humid. The room was also noisy as children were playing all the time next door. Being orbitz platinum we requested a room upgrade or same room with a nicer view. The front desk staff were really nice and wanted to do the upgrade as there were availabilities. Next morning during the breakfast time we also noticed the whole breakfast area was empty. The manager refused the room change without any logic or reason. Certainly the person has issues or has no respect for clients. The hotel group should be aware of this type of managers who brings no good to the business. I have been traveling to italy for last 16 years, and this is the worst hotel management I have ever seen. The manager was so disrespectful, even refused to talk to us personally. The room was so awful and experience was so bad that we decided to leave the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Snotty people working there. I booked 2 rooms last minute. A double bed for one person, and 2 twins for 2 people. This clearly confused the hotel staff. They didn’t separate the beds & when they did, only sheets, no duvets. Beautiful pool & sauna. Deck needs sanding as one girl got a large nasty splinter. Good location up the hill & through a park from the main area. No whirlpool unfortunately. Ok breakfast. Definitely not 5 star. More like 4. Service 2 stars.

Bel Hôtel, neuf, bien placé avec une belle piscine et un spa très bien équipé. Le service est charmant et le service de navettes très efficace. Tout serait parfait si il y avait une machine à café dans la chambre et si le restaurant était bon.

Great hotel!
The good - 1. The last minute price was fantastic, especially at this time of the year (end of December) 2. Hotel is beautiful, bar is great and live piano music is fun 3. Breakfast is fabulous, never ending options. We would heavily recommend, however, to add vegetables to the buffet. 4. Mountain view - you can see Mont Blanc (Monte Bianco) a spit away and it's breathtaking. 5. Hotel will drop you off and pick you up as often as you'd like in the heart of the town, which is literally a 10-15 minute walk. So although not necessary, this was super considerate of them. The not so good - 1. Dinner prices, both a-la-cart and the Menu are disturbingly expensive, and the vegetarian/vegan options are almost non-existent 2. We have NEVER been in a 5 star hotel that limited 1 hour of spa/pool use to its guests. This was rather shocking, but we tried to make the most of it.

The staff was great and they were very courteous and professional. Always in a great mood. Going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and help us with all our needs such as dinner reservations, transportation to the ski lift, etc. Their van dropped us off and picked us up anywhere in town we wanted. Making moving around super easy in this town with almost no parking availability if you have your car and very little public transportation. I would not only recommend this hotel but I will for sure book with them in the future.

The property was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was confusion about the “complimentary spa services”. We though that included treatments, but it was only complimentary for access to the spa. At least the massages were good even if they were not included.

Skidsemester med lyxigt boende. Vi var supernöjda med rum, städning, service. Frukosten var superb! Spa avdelningen var fräsch och väldigt fin-avkopplande. De ordnade shuttle till och från liften varje dag. TACK!

Fantastic 5* luxury hotel
Fantastic stay at the Mont Blanc Courmayeur from arriving to leaving nothing to fault it. Very attentive staff, great rooms and facilities, lovely- but expensive bar- suppose it is 5* so expect 5* prices. Fab breakfast and great spa. We will return next year for maybe longer so we can take the Skyway to the top of Mont Blanc in between skiing .

First time visit.
We really enjoyed our stay , thanks to really friendly and helpful staff and lovely clean rooms. Breakfast good , nice fresh fruit and pastries although could offer pancakes / omelettes as well as the buffet. Spa really nice and well managed considering covid regulations mean booking etc , but we always got a nice hour there. I think the hotel has potential to improve ( we didn’t eat dinner there as we saw it didn’t have great restaurant reviews ) but on the whole we all really enjoyed it and I would like to go back.Thanks to the really earnest staff.

Non all’altezza…
Il personale non è stato all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Assai impreparato e poco professionale. Gentile nei modi ma incapace: sembrava che avesse iniziato a lavorare in quella struttura da pochi giorni. Manca totalmente una supervisione che dia una guida alla gestione dell’hotel. Alla reception non hanno saputo spiegarci le regole di accesso per il coronavirus e non ci hanno detto perché non ci è stato richiesto il green pass all’arrivo. Camera da letto sufficiente. Cibo della colazione buono.

Grazie per la recensione Confermiamo che quest'anno la nostra struttura come quelle in tutta italia non trovano personale adeguato, pertanto con immenso sforzo ci occupiamo della formazione sul campo. La nostra direzione è presente in prima liena per 16 ore al giorno proprio per far fornte al problema. Le soleil à la montagne
Séjour rapide en montagne à Courmayeur. Les services d’accueil et de voiturier sont excellents. Nous avons eu même la possibilité de prolonger hors des heures le Spa en raison du Covid. Nous avons eu un petit bémol au restaurant où celui-ci s’est révélé un peu brouillon avec une cuisine pas à la hauteur de nos attentes malgré un supérieur. Mais nous restons très satisfaits de notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel d’où on atteint le centre du village en quelques minutes à pied.

Stayed at the Grand Hotel Courmayeur for just one night but very much enjoyed it. The hotel is new and in top condition, room was large and very clean and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff was friendly and helped out with all my requests. Only small negative note is the breakfast which isn't really "5-star", plus the fact that you have to pay for some normal extras like eggs and orange juice.

Nice location and very clean
The pool/spa while nice has very limited hours not sure why, maybe the management can enlighten us. All that money spent on the spa and it is only available a few select slots a day you can use it. Maybe if just the pool was open longer it would be better? The rooms are very clean and very comfortable, however I have to agree with other reviewers on the breakfast. €8 for a spremuta (Freshly squeezed orange juice) is ridiculous. Before the management say this is normal I have stayed in countless 4 and 5 star hotels across Italy and other hotels in the Italian Alps and freshly squeezed orange juice has never been charged for.

Dear Guest two times we have tried to send a detailed answer but its seam the reply was maybe too direct. Please note that all information and the Spa's rules are available on our website "SPA section" the same information is also inside the room directory available in each bedroom As well inside the room key holder as well the staff in the reception has informed you to contact the SPA department to fix the entrance. Regarding the time to spend inside the SPA, please note that we offer a shift of 2 hours per guest per day first, because we won't guarantee maximum comfort to enjoy the SPA Second, because it's not possible to fit more than 20 people per shift. third, because of the COVID, access and disinfection need to be frequent. Regarding buffet breakfast, we offer all food available on the buffet free of charge, the extras are available in a specific and clear card. Guests can upsell to PREMIUM programs and get all these extras included. Please note that we follow the same standards of major luxury hotel brands. The charge for fresh orange juice it's not strange, it's normality. in any case, we are at total disposal for further information. Post stay service

Un bel hôtel bien placé
Rapide séjour d’une nuit avec 2 chambres, personnel agréable mais organisation du spa compliquée avec réservation préalable dont nous n’étions pas informés. Quand nous avons voulu aller profiter de la piscine on nous a répondu que tout était complet et qu’il fallait réserver en avance. Au final nous avons pu en profiter. Dommage qu’il ait fallu perdre du temps sur ce sujet qui peut être évité en prévenant les clients en amont lors de la réservation. L’hôtel est bien décoré, bien placé.

Nous avons pris une suite via hotels.com, offre qui comprend en plus accès à la piscine , une offre spa... Totale déception : la suite n'est pas comme présentée dans les photos, les lits supplémentaires sont à l'étage dans une mansarde. Les accès au spa et à la piscine sont limité par des horaires très restreints qui ne sont pas en accord avec les horaires de checkin -checkout. La salle de bain est très jolie avec baignoire ronde et douche mais juste jolie...les toilettes sont dans la meme pièce , les portes ne ferment pas sont battantes. Pour un 5 etoiles, le bruit est juste inadmissible, ce n'est pas du tout bien isolé. Le point positif est le bar qui est très sympa et la qualité des apéritifs ainsi que la vue magnifique sur le Montblanc. Donc trop cher et trop surfé pour ce que c'est!

Ç’est surement un problème de projection, pas facilement soluble dans l’immédiate.
