'What a great stay for our family! This retreat is a sweet, cozy cottage right on the banks of the Brazos River. It’s only a few miles from Waco but you’ll feel miles away from the world! The house had everything possible you could need. It is well appointed and was comfortable sleeping for 6. There is great outdoor space with a fire pit and chairs right by the river. We will definitely look to stay here again!'

And the outside is serene and spacious, with front and back porches to relax on and watch the kids play. It is a little further outside of the Baylor/Magnolia bubble than we thought it would be, but we were thankful for a cozy, comfortable and quite stay during the hustle and bustle of graduation. We appreciated the goodies and are always relieved to find a well stocked coffee station.'

'Absolutely excellent experience! They are incredibly easy to work with and the property was perfect. Great gathering spaces but offers you your personal space away from the group. We utilized the meeting room and could event present to the group.'

'Very great and beautiful property. The location accuracy on in the email sent for property location needs work. When you click both the address for iphone maps and click the google maps location it pulls up wrong location. Also not having the cheapest toilet paper ever made would be nice also. Other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely come back and highly recommend.'
