'The directions to the farm could have been clearer but the way was hampered because of tornadoes having hit the area just the week before. I would have liked hearing from the owner the day of the storm when she knew of the downed trees and power lines and huge ruts in the driveway that would cause some vehicles much difficulty getting through, mine included. The farm was rustic and shabby. The access to the cottage was a challenge in several ways. I was concerned if I was going to encounter...

'If you want a place to stay close to several beaches, but do not want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place. Pet friendly is a big plus with a fenced in front yard and mostly fenced in back yard. My family enjoyed our stay here.'

'We took our two grandkids with us for a trip during spring break. So glad we decided to stay at the Cozy Bluegill Cottage. The cottage is located on a private lot. We especially loved the coffee bar, hot tub, and gorgeous fireplace. The grandkids loved the fairy garden and the complementary snack box. The host is very gracious.'

'We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation weekend. It was close to Tally, without being in all the noise and hustle & bustle. We were able spread out, bar b que, and relax. Appointed with everything we needed. I highly recommend this for a home base for school events or just a nice getaway.'

'We stayed at this property while visiting Tallahassee for an FSU game, and found this gem about 40 minutes away from the stadium. The property is at the top of what seems to be an apartment complex with about 7 other units with tenants. It is a small unit, with a very cohesive interior design with beautiful updated fixtures. The unit itself was very clean and tidy. The inside space is a bit on the small side, but there is a very good use of space. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful...

'The best part of the location is that the entire property is in it's natural state. The retreat blends in with the surrounding landscape. Why anyone would cut down the trees, fill in the swamp land to build a seawall, then build a giant house and have a yard to mow is beyond me. Kudos to the owner for respecting what makes the place a beautiful place to stay.'
