"When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never cleaned and looked dirty our entire stay. And we also had an ant invastation in the bathroom, I believe this was because the trash bins weren’t emptied on a daily basis. We had to empty them and place the bags in the trash bin in front of the elevator. When we complained they said that it was due to a lack of cleaning personnel. We asked for a daily refresher and that was done neither. We had to go downstairs everyday to get clean towels and toilet paper. And the tv was broken so they replaced it with another one that was working. We also had to go down every other day cause the room key didn’t work and had to be magnetized to work. The only upside was the friendly people working there and apologizing for the discomfort caused by all of the abovementioned. The breakfast wasn’t great but decent. In short : we will never stay here again."
