'Very very nice- appreciate hot tub ready for every day- toilet paper and paper towel soap etc already available was real nice- consider a box of Kleenex would be a nice touch but that is not a complaint- directions on the fireplace would be nice unless it’s not meant to be used- thanks for being a very nice part of our beautiful trip'

'This stay was for our 10th anniversary. The cabin was fantastic. We loved the hot tub and the privacy. We had an issue where VRBO didn’t send us the the cabin number and correct code. We ended up arriving at 2am due an emergency delay in our trip. We contacted VRBO and they contacted our host. We felt bad for waking him at 2am, but he was able to give us the information we needed. 'We had a family trip to NRG and needed a bigger place to stay than a bunch of hotel rooms. This cabin was almost the perfect size (the dining table could have been bigger, only seats 4). Lights flickered during a storm but never went out, but we did lose wifi. Wish we'd planned a longer stay to really take advantage of all the amenities. We'll definitely keep it in mind if we plan another trip!'

'This house fit our family perfectly. The kids had plenty to do with the game room and the large yard. The adults enjoyed a game of pool and the hot tub. The getaway is conveniently located to hiking, the beach and Fat Eddie's. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.'

'We used this property as our home base as we explored the New River Gorge area. The house was just perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evening. The deer came to visit early every morning. We have some wonderful pictures. The beds were comfortable. I have some mobility issues. 'The property was even better than the pictures. I came to get away and do a little hiking. It turned into a rainy weekend which left me inside to enjoy the space. I made food, watched tv and left feeling exactly what I came for- relaxed. Also, I had mentioned in my rental request it was my birthday weekend and when I arrived I had a post it on the message board saying Happy Birthday! Special touches like that really sets the property apart.'
