'Callie’s place is a lovely escape! Directly facing Nahant Bay, it’s a quiet, beautifully appointed second story hideaway. Everything is sparkling clean and new. Off street parking. Fantastic takeout a short walk away at Brett Henry’s. We walked 3-5 miles along the Bay each morning. Hosts are responsive and gracious. A great getaway!'

'We had our 3 adult children with us for two nights here in Scituate and had a wonderful time. Jamie, the owner, was more than accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable. It's a great location even in late November because the ocean is right out the windows. We will be planning to stay again next year too!'

'Perfect for my wife and I. Used as a home base to visit Salem. It was great... outside of the mayhem of Salem at Halloween, but only about 10-12 minute drive away. Marblehead was also beautiful and packed with history. The home was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed and more.'

'We arrived late, wich was no problem. The room was beyond expectation. So much attention to detail. Some top hotels can learn from it. We stayed at the Twins Room. Breakfast was very nice. Al home cooked and baked and local fruits. All in all a very pleasant experiance.'

'The house was very clean. Communication was very good. The location was great. It was about a mile walk to downtown Salem. I enjoyed taking slightly different routes each time we walked downtown. I saw some people complain about the upstairs neighbor. I found her to be very pleasant and nice. The gentleman who lives next door was also very helpful and nice. 'This was a nice option for a quiet short stay. The hotel is farther from the town center than is ideal for walking, but is very conveniently located for driving jaunts to Salem, Gloucester and beyond. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. (We were given an upgrade which is very appreciated!) The room was very comfortable and well-appointed.'

'My husband and I stayed here overnight after a show at Soundcheck Studios. Very clean. Right on the water. Nice area to walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. Also some cute shops around. We were there in February so it was a little chilly outside but nice area to walk around. They have an outside patio you can sit on in the warmer weather. '
