'Stayed at this property for a ski weekend at the local resort. It was a great location (10 min drive both to the ski resort and the local town). We appreciated the opportunity to have a peaceful and beautiful place to stay that was away from the ski resort crowds. Our kids loved the games that the host had making s’mores in the firepit near the lake. The house is beautifully done. There was a maintenance concern (beeping fire alarm) during our stay but the host promptly addressed the issue....

'The owner has thought of everything. Stuff for adults like coffee, fully stocked cupboards to rocking chairs on the front porch. Lots of kids fun stuff to do. Feels like home. My daughter was traveling in the UP and camping. The last night was rainy and when I asked if they could stay with us she said absolutely!
