'This rental was lovely. Comfortable, extremely clean, surprisingly well-stocked. But even as lovely as it was, it couldn't hold a candle to how great the host was. 'Family trip was for my granddaughter's graduation. We enjoyed a big fenced yard for a barbeque. Our family likes to play games, so were happy to see a variety of games to enjoy. We were also able to enjoy sight seeing in Glacier Park. We wished we could have stayed longer.'

'The Elk Willows is a nicely furnished, clean and dramatically-located lodging with incredible views in three directions, including S over Glacier National Park. The Paul Ranch is fairly isolated from basic necessities such as groceries (especially organic) and gas for your car. $5.25 per gallon at the one gas station within 40 miles. 'First, this house was in a great spot. Its about mid way between the esat and west entrances to the park and since we wanted to explore the whole area we could easily head out in different directions. There was plenty of seating in the house, the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The town itself is tiny…a couple of shops, a general store type place, and a couple of restaurants. Nothing fancy, not lots of variety, but all the basics.'

"Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It did only start at 7am though, which is not handy if you want to get started early at Glacier NP. The hotel is kind of close to the park, but it is still a rather long drive. In summary, it was definitely not worth the price we paid for the hotel."
