It sounds like there were definitely some hiccups during your stay. It's unfortunate that you didn't get the amenities or service you expected, like complimentary breakfast or timely follow-ups on your requests. Waking up to housekeeping knocking on your door early in the morning can also be quite frustrating. On the bright side, I'm glad you found the rooms themselves to be nice. Hopefully, if you do stay again, they'll have ironed out these issues.

I ha e a disability room was very spacious however the rails were very loose. I did talk to feont desk bit nothing happened. We were also told that he would adjust our parking rate but it didn't happened. And was aware that you get charged for using internet $13.00 a day. No ice machines and know bag ice available.

The check in staff were nice and room was very clean. I didn't like that they charge almost $30 a night for self parking per car. If your visiting family and not riding together that's another $50 to $60 to add per night. In addition there is no microwave in the room. When I asked about it, they said it was because microwaves were a fire hazard. I guess they've never stayed at other hotels before. Not a deal breaker but very inconvenient to take your food from the 9th floor through the lobby to use their microwave and carry it back up. Little things like these make a huge difference in the customer experience.

Our suite was perfect for a family of 5. Very roomy. Vanity/sink being separate from shower worked out well.
Pillows left a lot to be desired and wished they had breakfast included. That is just something that is helpfully and convenient for family vacations.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel overall. They allowed us a late checkout and that was really nice of them to do. My only complaint was the room was really cold and the heater didn’t work. It’s also by the freeway so it’s pretty loud outside. Some people may like that white noise and some may not. It didn’t bug me too much though.

Great Hotel at a great price, centrally located in Dallas. Rooms were clean, great bedding and quite. The Staff was very curtious and met every need. I have traveled to many Marriott Properties and this is honestly one of THE BEST! FIVE STARS.
