Nothing was working - no breakfast, no pool , broken laundry, no business center,AC was broken. NO COFEE… false advertising… why is this place even open. Also terrible customer service front desk. Oh and no playpen for baby.

The place was decent. However, our bathroom door did not shut or even lock so we had to use our shoes to hold it shut. The ac did not kick on properly so the room was very warm.

I like it because it was in a convenient location and quiet. I didn't like that in the room where i stay the tv remote was not working and the air conditioner had to stay on all the time because it didn't shut off! I let the front desk know but they didn't fix it while i stayed. But overall it was a good experience

The pool didn't work I had my family excited that we where going swimming the whole way from Houston Texas just to find out the pool is under construction 🚧 the site never mentioned that I would never booked the room it ruined our whole trip very disappointed 😞 probably never stay in a holiday day inn the staff didn't even care we traveled just to come to a pool that's wasn't mentioned being under construction ya really need to update the site

The hotel and expedia showed a pool, pool was closed. No exercise facility and the TV had no picture, the phone didn't work and the shower was drizzel at best. Wpuld not recommend.

Expedia was probably the main problem between it all, the staff was pretty friendly the whole time. the shower in our room was dirty (old appliances, nasty looking as well) and the shower head wouldn't hold itself up right. the breakfast was okay but one of the milks we got was very expired and make me quite sick feeling. not the worst, not the best but probably wouldn't stay again.

The property did great! Accommodated things as best as they could last minute. Expedia did TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My reservation wasn’t there. They took over an hour to reach a compromise and solution when all of the extra run around was completely unnecessary. I don’t think I can book with Expedia!!! Not worth being held up until 11:30pm!

I made my reservation the day before I was supposed to check in. When I got to the property, I was told that they could not honor the reservation because for the past several days they had issues with the plumbing and we weren’t able to wash towels or sheets. They were not answering the phone either. Instead of not taking reservations when they knew they had problems, they booked mine anyway. When I asked the manager why I was not called that day to let me know, they could not on the reservation, he told me the owner was not allowing him call the guests. The manager told me he would take care of my refund through Expedia. I had booked a nonrefundable reservation, but I was not the one to cancel. The general manager did not do this. Expedia was kind enough to investigate my claim, and then they gave me the refund. All in all, this situation could have, and should have been avoided.

Booked a room with a couch so there was a place to sit. NO COUCH. The breakfast was the worst. I generally dont expect much but this was the worst. Windows and walls so thin you heard your neighbors and you might as well be sleeping in the highway the noise was so load. Bathrooms above looked like they had leaked to the ceiling was stained and sheetrock bowing down.

Not like any Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at
Upon checking in the the lobby wastill with the smell of weed and the front desk staff was trying to deal with an upset family who wanted a room. The front desk staff couldn't figure out how to book a room and told them they needed to do it on a third party app. When I went to check in. I was told the total would be greater than what I originally booked it for due to fees and other charges. And the guy couldn't tell me exactly what it all was and I didn't bother to ask. I just wanted to get to my room. When I went to go to my room with my 2 children. We saw that the pool was out of service which we were never notified of and were disappointed as that was part of the reason we chose the hotel. When we got to our room, we found that the door locks did not work, so we ended up pushing furniture against the door to keep it shut. There was also no hot water for showers and the toilets did not flush unless you flushed them multiple times. When I tried to use the phone to call the front desk and ask about these things. We realized the phone did not work either. There was also little to no insulation in our room because we could clearly hear conversations from rooms around us as well as stayed up all night due to noise and the room above us. The next morning when I was checking out. I asked about these issues and the manager told me "yes, we know." And mentioned that they were doing construction to fix some of these issues. Unsafe, do not recommend, but I did get the bill corrected.

The people who work here are very nice. What i didnt like was my room looked very outdated and the carpet had a smell. What made me just want to leave was when i went for breakfast my first morning and the pancake machine didnt work and that was my main reason i wantes to stay there was for the breakfast. I could've paid $100 less and got a suit next door at Laquinta with a tv in front of the bed and one in the leaving area. I stayed at a few Holiday Inns and this one the worse. One of the elevators even bad. It opens the door very slow like its stuck or something. I wouldn't stay here again. Again the people who work there are nice and friendly. The hotel is just too outdated and cost too much for me

Super clean and nice hotel. We arrived early and not only were we checked in early, but we were upgraded to a suite.

Not impressed and pool closed
Room had old gummies on the floor beside the bed. Water wouldn't get hotter than luke warm. Seen reviews that the pool was closed so i called and the man said it was open. The indoor pool was the only reason we picked that one and when we got t here it was closed. Was told room was non refundable so my 10 year old was not happy. No cable, you have to try and get wifi to work and then sign into your own netflix account (no thanks) and breakfast was very bland and salt and pepper didnt help.

If I could give it a zero I would. First of all, they gave us a room and the key didn't work. So I went and got another key. When we open the door to the room .there were people in bed and my grandchildren saw that. So trying to explain to a 11 and 12 year old what the people were doing in bed in the middle of the afternoon was very unpleasant. Next we booked the hotel because of an indoor pool and of course it was closed. I got charged $5 for free parking. There were stains all over the carpet and furniture . Next time I will go down the street to Hampton Inn and Suites instead of Holiday Inn express.
