Ulrike, I'm sad to see your review go from a 6 to a 2 upon checkout. We take these matters very seriously. As our PM MOD Amaya informed you through Kipsu last night, she has already informed our Director of Rooms about your issue during your stay and made sure to look through every single room we have available to hand deliver the hairdryer you requested. Rooms are given a full service clean every 3 days and a room refresh upon request and we should have thoroughly explained that during check in. Our pool actually opens at 10 am and closes at 10 pm so you were more than welcome to enjoy that morning swim, we are sorry that the pool times were inconvenient for your stay. As for the clutter and the dirtiness of the stairwell in the historic side where you stayed, we hold items back there in order to quickly retrieve them for guests when needed and it gets dusty every so often as the building is 108 years old, we apologize for you having to see items and dust there. We regularly keep our stairway clear of debris and items otherwise. We have complimentary water and beer during check in and are able to send up complimentary water when requested. Your concerns should have been addressed as soon as they were revealed, we apologize for not addressing them at that time as the shower drainage and room cleanliness could have been an easy fix. While it was unfortunate that these issues arise during your stay, it was, as you said, nothing we could do to fix it immediately. We appreciate you for being understanding and giving us areas to work on for the betterment of our hotel. Naomi and Amaya will appreciate your kind and thoughtful words. We hope that the next time you visit, we can show you the 4-star service that the Kimpton- Pittman is known for!

We have valet but you are more than welcome to use the parking garage across from us called Epic Parking. Its 25 for overnight parking but you don't get the come and go privileges you do if you use our Valet. There is also metered parking near our location. We hope to see you again real soon :)
