Let’s just say for the $50 it’s definitely what you expect, a bed and a place to shower. Will say the room was fairly clean smelling, but old condiments left in the fridge. We booked this hotel for a place to stay after a late concert. However here’s a few things noted that could have been improved. When we booked we asked for extra pillows, which was mentioned at checkout and never received. Definitely bring yourself a pillow because the ones at the facility are paper thin. When we arrived, the front counter had a large group of people, later we found out this was a local company who rents floors 1-3 for their employees in training. It took 35 minutes at least to get checked in because of this. This is truckers in training btw, so you see them walking around at all hours out for smokes. Many are long term guest here at the facility. However, at check in the woman seemed to be new, or inexperienced on the side of checking in actual guests, not these trainees. She was unaware our booking was prepaid, even though she had a hotels.com booking confirmation page printed by a manager. We in the hurry of things just allowed her to run the card again for the stay due to confusion and decided to handle later. In the morning, same issue, front counter woman was very inexperienced and confided she was new. She got ahold of manager who did take care of the double charge. Staff seemed to just be at a bad spot with little training over the particular time of our stay.

Dear Recent Guest. We apologize for not placing the extra pillows in your room as we did not see your on line request but that is completely our fault as it was overlooked. Your are right with your observation in that we are very recently coming back on line for reservations for availability of the rooms on our 4th floor. Thank you for mentioning the clean room as it is a must at any price range. All of our rooms are recently updated with all new furnishings (foam mattresses), paint, and flooring. We did keep it simple but every room has a microwave and mini refrigerator which is not standard in many hotels. We do have staying at Luna Lodge, trainees for a trucking company. They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet as I am sure you found out in the lobby at check in and thank you for commenting about the check in process as we will definitely address this for our future on line guests. The $10 dollar key that they charge. Its refundable but they do not tell you when they resetve the room that they charge you 10 dollars for a key!! I needed the 10 dollars for food but it was already on hold for the room! The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Otherwise clean rooms.

Bed bugs, when I told them I had bed bugs bites on me and even showed them they denied and told me it could be something else and maybe I brought the bed bugs with me. Did not help me or compensate me in anyway.

Staff tells you anything over the phone then once you arrive the information is different. Front desk person with pink cast is very rude.

What bothered me the most was the cheap plastic shades that were supposed to cover the entire window wall, but didnt... there was no privacy from the outside to inside my room. I would never rebook a room here because of that. There needs to be real cloth curtains covering the window wall to provide privacy.

This is the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in.
A shower bed and a blow dryer that didn't work. Not even an ice machine. It was the worst. Send a fee more dollars and it will be worth every penny
