Didn't like given the same room that os all messed up especially the bed.need to replace mattress or should of gave me a better room that isn't used every night. The motel was empty. Now I know why. Won't stay there again.

I was looking book a room for the same night it was after 3am. When I booked online it turns out it was for later that day. So when to go the front desk to see if they could help me out with the change the person in the front office was rude and didn’t want to help in anyway saying he could only sell me another room for the night. Also it was a non refundable so even though right after the fact I just wanted to change the night they did not and I got charged for for a room I didn’t use the next day. Horrible experience will never stay at another red roof again. And I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.

The staff was great. The room had stained sheet with burn holes in them. They moved me the 2nd day closer to the pool which was nice. As it got closer to night that’s when it was BAD. It was like being on an episode of “Live PD” there was prostitution and drugs being sold in the parking lot. The night shift office staff was in the parking lot on his phone like he was making a business deal. My son come to take me to eat and left his vehicle there and when we returned his back door had been pried open. Management needs to run off the obvious criminals and the prostitution and it would be a lot better place to stay. It is in a good location just a little sketchy after dark…

Definitely not what I expected. It smelled like cigarettes in the rooms, phone was broken, lots of noises, police showed up twice and everything was just horrible.

This property beddeding was nasty. There were stains and blood spots and other black stuff underneath the mattress protector. I saw a small red bug on the sheet when I pulled back the covers. I called for the front desk and asked them to come review what we had discovered but they would not come that night. I asked for my refund but was told that I had to call the office manager the next day. I went went back the next morning to talk to him they told me he want in and I had to call him later that day. The office staff that morning was rude telling me that the room wasn’t dirty and the had taken pictures but wouldn’t let me see them. I had taken pictures and allowed them to see them. He tried to tell me that the bed easy dirty buy what he saw. They played word games to get out of being reported. I want my refund. This room cost me to much money. Not worth tue price.
