'We didn't know what to expect but it is a beautiful facility. Sadly, the restaurant was closed during our stay but the room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped but we did like that it had very comfortable furniture. Probably the star of the property is the garden, pool area. I really liked how much space there was to visit, play corn hole and grill.'

Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright.'

'The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations.'

'Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). Similarly, a few extra baking or roasting pans would have been helpful. We are greek and italian, so the...

'The unit was fantastic as depicted in the pictures. The owner Doug was incredibly friendly and responsive also. The unit is nicely kept with a great kitchen and a gas stove. It is literally 3 minutes from Strands beach and you can see the amazing ocean view as you approach and go over the hill. I’d recommend this unit to anyone staying in Dana Point. I plan on repeating in the future. Thank you so much, Doug!!'

'The shower head in the master bedroom leaks and needs to be replaced, a dead mouse was in the garage-we swept it to the street gutter and there were no Kleenex tissues in the house, a box would have been nice. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. One block from the ocean can't be beat!'
