Our favorite rental in OC
This house is everything! We visit my family in Orange County every year and of all the properties we’ve rented in the past, this has been our favorite. Between the views, the space, the amenities, and the location being RIGHT on the water, it has everything. It was so relaxing and so much quieter and private compared to most houses we’ve rented in the area. We’re so excited to be planning our next visit back!

Perfect Beach Getaway
What an incredible beach house! Everything is as or even better than advertised. Perfect place to vacation with a large family, or do what we did and make it a couple’s getaway. The house is stocked with everything you could need, the host is responsive, and the views are unmatched. If you need complete privacy from neighbors, you might not like that you can see and hear the neighbors in their yards, but it didn’t bother us at all. The sound of the waves drowns most noise out anyway.

Family pre-wedding girls weekend
The Capistrano Beach House was absolutely gorgeous! Dylan was extremely attentive and very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed for our Family weekend. The chef kitchen was perfect for our formal chef dinner night. The kitchen and den are wide open with beautiful ocean views and provided the most amazing ambiance to gather for our virtual wine tasting evening. Every bedroom was super comfortable and spacious. The outside patio was perfect to enjoy sunsets and the beach. Overall a 5 star experience for our girls family weekend and we will to definitely be back to enjoy again! Thank you for everything!

Spectacular setting and home!
We needed a large home for a post-Xmas family get-together. This glorious beachside home blew us all away with its large windows, views and amenities. Gourmet kitchen. Hot tub with ocean view. Cozy fireplace in large ocean-view living room. Great beds/bedding. 5 stars!!! Only downsides (small!) are nearby train noise and sometimes beach disappears at high tide.

Great Location and House
Our family of eight loved this house and all it had to offer. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen had all the essentials and we enjoyed cooking there when we weren't enjoying one of the many great local restaurants. The views and sunsets were amazing. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property for a family getaway.

Best Thanksgiving trip
This House was beautiful. Well stocked. Well equipped. The owner was very helpful and available. The beach along the house is not very functional. However that was not a big deal. There are many excellent beaches available within 10 minutes drive. The house had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards to take to the beach. Hot tub was very nice. Just about everything one may need for a comfortable living was available in this house. Our family of 11 takes at least couple of trips every year like this. I would rate this house at the top on our experience. Thank you owner!

Great house, but the beach is gone
Great house all around. Very nicely equipped - great kitchen, bathrooms, grill/outdoor area. Well stocked and in an amazing location. One thing to note is that Capistrano beach is eroding so not so much sandy beach area is available.

Aymeric, glad you enjoyed the house, but the beach is hardly "gone!" Unless there is an unusually high tide (which did happen at times this summer), there is plenty of gorgeous sand to run, play, and lounge on. Happy to provide photos/more info to anyone as needed.

Favorite trip
Property was amazing. Each room had own bathroom and very spacious. The master bedroom even had a steam room and sauna. This house had everything we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi outside is in the perfect spot overlooking the ocean. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We went in May and had high tide however enough to be able to walk along beach in the afternoon. This is a gated a community and one of the rules state you are only allowed to stay on beach in front of your own house even if there is space between you and another property. The owners were very nice and didn’t enforce that rule however neighboring resident complained. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much and would love to return:)

Great location and facilities. We had taken our business leadership team offsite to further build on teamwork and chart a path for our business. The location - sun, sea, sand, calm - facilitated freeing our minds of stuff and focusing on the future.

A wonderful property
The property was great. Dylan was great at check-in and very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen was absolutely amazing and we made wonderful meals. Unlike many rentals this kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed lounging on the deck with the hot tub and our kids enjoyed the ocean. We would definitely return to this property.

Staycation 2020
My husband and I and our 4 adult children and their partners plus 3 grandchildren had an excellent vacation at the most beautiful property. It was very clean and they supplied everything we needed. The house has such a calming vibe and the art is so vibrant and interesting! The view is amazing! The master suite is perfect in every way. Can’t wait to return.

WISH WE COULD STAY FOREVER!!!
Overall, our family had a great experience! We had 5 kids and 6 adults and we were very comfortable and had so much space! The house is located on a private drive which is great for long walks. The beach is really THAT close (the picture is accurate)! The hottub is awesome. THE KITCHEN is so special and spacious - and everything you could ever want is provided! The master bedroom has an amazing view and a great deck to lounge on. The Property Managers are quick to respond and easy to work with! Overall - I have only positives!

Truly an oasis!
This was hands down the most phenomenal property we’ve ever stayed in. It is exactly as described, and communication with the owners was excellent from booking through check out. Absolutely anything you could possible need is provided, and then some (ample towels, linens etc). I’m not much of a cook but the kitchen is truly a chef’s kitchen and inspired us to have family/group meals around the clock - served and enjoyed outside with the ocean crashing just yards away. The master bedroom’s views cannot be beat - it is simply magical - with the sounds of the ocean lulling you to sleep and views of the ocean from every square inch (even from the shower and makeup area!). There are thoughtful touches such as charging ports for electronics by each bed, excellent WiFi, instructions for the tv/entertainment system and even cozy blankets in the family room, games, plenty of towels for the beach/hot tub, places to rinse off sandy feet before entering the home, etc. We were in town for a wedding and coming back to this property in between events and while readying for the festivities was beyond relaxing. I spent every morning watching the sunrise with my coffee feet from the ocean in one of the many chairs thoughtfully placed outside just steps from the ocean. Our family is multigenerational, and whether in our forties, twenties or teens, not one single person wanted to leave. We all agree that of all the properties we have stayed in around the world, this is hands down the one we would all want to return to time and again.

This place exceeded all of our expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. Not only is it immaculate but it's beautifully appointed, offers comfortable luxury and has everything you could possibly need. The hosts are fabulous and were excellent to make arrangements with. Unbelievable ocean views and sounds
We had an amazing time at this home. The owners were so kind and hospitable. The home was the cleanest home I have stayed at so leave your shoes at the door and make yourself at home. It was beautifully decorated and very organized. There are endless upgrades in the home especially in the kitchen and master bath. The location was so close to world class restaurants, surf spots, hiking, and shopping. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay for our romantic getaway!

Beyond gorgeous
This house is exquisite. It is beautifully designed, gorgeous artwork, everything is in working order, and so posh! The hosts were welcoming and very kind. They supply everything, so all you need to bring is the food. The only caveat is that it is not great for small children. There is a koi pond at the entrance (we were worried they might fall in) and expensive artwork and breakable decorations. We had a few families and children, and luckily nothing was broken. I highly recommend this place if you need a luxurious getaway!!

Hot tubs and breaking waves
Fantastic stay for 5 adults and 5 children. Spotless house with incredible frontage right on the Pacific. We watched sunsets over Catalina from the hot tub to the sound of waves. The house is spacious and well equipped, things are well laid out and thoughtfully labelled (a little thing which makes a big difference). The owners were super helpful and responsive. The house might not be so good for toddlers (open tread stairs and an indoor pond) but our kids aged 4-9 absolutely loved it. The daily fish feed became a ceremony and we couldn’t get them out of the hot tub. The adults loved the great views and the enormous master suite. A great stay.

SPECTACULAR HOME IN PARADISE!
This gorgeous home was the perfect place for our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 children) to spend making everlasting memories on the shore and in the spacious, well-appointed home. The first thing that takes your breath away is the unimpeded ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Having a yard with the large hot tub, comfortable seating, grass lawn and beautiful landscaping all steps away from the sand, was paradise for all 3 generations. The spectacular outdoor living spaces are only enhanced by the architectural beauty of the home's interior. The design elements are beyond impressive - enormous vaulted ceilings; open floor plan; gourmet kitchen; artwork; skylights; indoor koi pond; bedrooms all with bathrooms so spread out every family group had privacy; the massive master bedroom/bathroom (steam & sauna)/huge closet/fireplace with seating area/large balcony.....and ohhhh the VIEW!! This home was not only clean, it was spotless (which is hard to find) and so comfortable! The owners were wonderful to work with and very attentive from the moment we booked the property. This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy together. We hope to make this a yearly tradition! We would highly recommend this property to other families searching for a special location to make memories.

outstanding property and locaiton
Our family of 6 travels frequently, stay in larger homes, and we are very particular. This home and location are impressive. The home was clean and truly has everything needed to completely relax and enjoy being RIGHT on the beach. The private access made for a relaxed and sparsely populated beach, with miles of sand for exploring and enjoying. The owners were attentive, friendly, and helpful. A previous review called the home a 'work of art'. I thought that statement was likely overblown, and am happy to report it was not. This home is an amazing creation of beauty and luxury. If you are looking for a higher end home with everything on a private beach in Southern California, this location is my recommendation!
