We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and very well enjoyed our stay. We travelled from Holland by car. I travelled with my mum and she was very much pleased with the location, service, breakfast, hygiene etc. The hotel is just next to the dartford bridge so you can get on the motorway very easily. Wat is worth mentioning is the breakfast….the service was amazing. One of the staff members (i believe her name is Maya) was amazing. She looked after us during the breakfast every morning and made sure we had everything we needed. A big asset for the hotel!! Will come back to this hotel when i am in London in future.

Familie kamer is ruim maar kan ook haast niet anders want behalve de bedden is er 1 bureautje met stoel. Televisie scherm is kapot deur badkamer kan niet dicht omdat de drempel te hoog is. Koelkast op kamer doet Hilton niet meer aan, en kluis inn de kamer is dicht en niet te gebruiken. Handdoeken voor 2 personen op kamer voor 4. Receptie zeer onvriendelijk en visa en maestro kaarten werken niet , 4 geprobeerd. In bar gedeelte werkt alles wel. Maar dat snappen ze bij de receptie niet. Aankomst in en om gebouw was ranzig , alle vuilnisbakken puilden uit en afval en o.a. petflessen gewoon in de plantsoenen van het eigen terrein. Ben echt wel wat gewent maar dit was niet normaal. Kan wel een kwaliteitsimpuls gebruiken.

Genoeg invalide plekken voor de deur, ik had een kamer geboekt met een sofa en die kreeg ik in eerste instantie niet maar is daarna snel opgelost ondanks de volle bezetting in het hotel. Engels Ontbijt was redelijk. Goede bedden. Het hotel ligt wel op een punt waarbij je veel met de file te maken kan krijgen vanwege de Dartfordbridge.

Prima hotel!
Grote kamer en badkamer, sauna en stoombad zijn heerlijk. Zwembad is leuk maar er is elke dag (ook in het weekend!!) zwemles waardoor de helft van het bad is afgesloten, druk in de kleedkamer en lawaai in het zwembad. Fitness erg goed! Bedden redelijk hard, geen koelkastje op de kamer. Parkeerterrein van het hotel is 6 euro per dag. Ontbijt goed verzorgd, veel keus, prima eten. Shopping mall naast het hotel is heerlijk shoppen! Van h&m tot hugo boss, je vindt hier alles!! Ook een leuke midgetgolfbaan. Prima verblijf, wel een beetje afgelegen.

Kamer was prima en mooi ruim Zwembad was erg vies met groene en zwarte aanslag op de vloeren en de omkleedhomjes waren niet schoon Algemene wc in de hal was neem ik aan in renovatie want de volledige afweking van de wastafels waren weg Ontbijt was oke maat biet bijzonder speciaal. Wel zijn dan ze normaal en lekker brood erbij hadden en vers fruit

Good location for a short visit to London.
We stayed for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 children in a family room. The room was very spacious and clean, but the bathroom needed a thorough clean (especially bath and shower) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was super.

Room service was so bad its took them about 2 hours to bring up some towels also only a few choices you can pick for food and the prices of things are really expensive. When we had alook around we round that our 1 bed-room suite wasnt cleaned the floor,i think they should have a better choice of food even when we rang for room service and and asked for two cooked breakfast they told me no sorry its lunch time so we only have sandwiches or chicken cuzzy,if you go to a hotel you should be able to get what ever food you want and also if you dont eat early in the morning and want a breakfast in the afternoon then they should do so also couls obly use the gym for free not aloud to ues the pool you have to pay for it and also when your spending alot of money it should be in the price.

Would very much recommend this hotel. Handy for Bluewater- bus goes to Bluewater every 12 minutes from a 10 minute walk down the road. Our rooms had lovely views over the Dartford Bridge. Upon arrival we unfortunately didn’t receive a warm welcome, it was late in the evening but the check in experience felt too rushed and we weren’t told the checkout time or anything about the leisure facilities- we were only told the times for breakfast and where our rooms would be. This was a shame and did not meet our expectations of a Hilton. However all the other staff and checkout was superb so I’d imagine it was just one member of staff rather th

I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and I hoped it would be fun, but unfortunately the pool was dirty, the water was weightless. It was really unpleasant to be there, but the child really wanted to, so we only spent an hour in the pool.

Relaxing and comfortable
Spacious room. Very comfortable. I got a lot of ny book written which was the reason for my stay. Got in the relaxing state i needed and had a clear mind focus. Slightly disappointed that on my 2nd day that the cleaners didn't ask me if i wanted a light clean. The swimming pool and busy and loud and not the most pleasant swimming experience. Other than that it was good to get out my room for a break and moving my body ☺️

Overall disappointing!
The room was clean. The noise and vibration from the generator/filter system outside our window went on through the night, which can be felt on the the bed. The pillows were rubbish and the duvet thin. The food was very average and not hot, not a lot of choice on the breakfast buffet and low quality produce. The water filter on the hot drinks machine needed replacing ( as stated on the machines display) so foamy white residue in the water. I have stayed in other Hilton hotels and this was well below par.

Very good hotel ideally located near M25 / Dartford Tunnel which suited my work schedule. Clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Beer and fish and chips in the bar also good. Have stayed in several Double Tree by Hotels. Usually pretty good. Wife used gym / pool while I was on business. Basic but adequate.

Great New Year get away
Fantastic stay, pool and gym were a highlight . The kids had so much fun. Location is lovely as very close to blue waters, and a short distance from a beautiful Lake. We also met the breakfast staff Mara who spiced up our final experience just before check out. She chatted to us and looked after us. That made a lot of difference for us. Even though the coffee Machine wasn’t working, we could see the efforts from the breakfast Manager and all the staff to make alternatives. Overall a great experience. Will definitely return.
