'What a great time! Great staff, fun facility and god the view was great. Did the infinity pool at night and I was the only one in there. Not sure why. Probably a rarity but it was sooo serene. 'It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

'Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room.'

'While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

'Finding the property was quite an adventure since the app we used made us drive around the back which was not easily passable. Also, the room we got still smelled like fresh paint, so we asked to be transferred, which the hotel staff promptly did. Overall experience was average. Not too bad, but not exceptional.'
