'New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.'

'If you like Barbie this is your space. Super cute decor and nestled in the middle of Midtown Sacramento. Very close to a lot of great dining and shopping experiences. Can be a bit noisy on weekends due to volume of visitors to the neighborhood but overall highly recommend!'

'This cozy 1 bedroom had all that we needed as we were in town for a funeral. The air/heat conditioner was very noisy so we didn't use it but everything else was top notch. The Bed was great.'

'We stayed here because we wanted to be close to the Golden 1 Center, perfect little place in a nice neighborhood, only about 20 minutes walking to Golden 1 so it was perfect'

'It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.'

'Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend'

'It was a lovely little house that was built a very long time ago. It has so much space as you keep walking through the house. Everything that we needed was there and there was a wonderful binder full of information to assist if we needed help. House was very warm and inviting. Definitely a great little spot if you want a place centrally located for downtown Sacramento. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.'

'I brought my teen and small dog into town for a 3 day bicycle stage race. Communication with the owner was great and after we found it (took a minute,) check in was easy. The apartment is a railroad style apartment on the bottom floor of an older house in Midtown so be aware that you won’t see a lot of natural light but you will be surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bookstore, record store, etc. and not far from old town— the place is charming! Because we were in town for a bike...
