'I was surprised at how beautiful the neighborhood was. I didn't know what I was expecting, but this place was amazing, from the very moment I pulled up to the curb. The apartment is well-appointed and beautiful, with just enough space for a couple to be comfortable. Within walking distance is a fantastic restaurant called the Wheat Penny. I highly recommend it.'

'The Blue House was VERY clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and nice quality. The only drawback was the stairs. They were very steep and irregular with the potential for a slip and fall. Because of this I’d be cautious about staying here with small children or anyone with limited mobility.'

'My husband and I were in town for a long weekend watching a tournament at University of Dayton. This home was small but the location was perfect for what we needed, we were very close to campus and also to many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. 'Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.'
