'The property was very clean with up to date amenities. Convenient location out side of town but still close to all attractions. The property owner Brad was often around the area and was very helpful and friendly. We loved the place and would highly recommend it'

'A very clean and well appointed option in the Black Hills. Great view from the back deck and the patio heater came in handy in the evening. Nice to be out in the hills where our dogs could run around and burn off some energy in the mornings and evenings. Easy check in and check out and the hosts were great to work with.'

'The location of the studio is close by car to everything in Rapid City. It worked out well for us as we toured the Black Hills of South Dakota in search of property to call our own. The hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again.'

'This residence has what you need as a great hub for the surrounding places of interest. We appreciated two full baths, a large kitchen and large common area. We would have enjoyed a larger coffee maker or even better a Kuerig! Parking was a bit sketchy!! But not a deal breaker. Communication with Shannon was seamless.'

'My wife, dad and his wife stayed from Thursday through Monday and boy what a great stay this was. We were able to cook meals in the home with all the necessary pots/pans and even spices we needed. Everything we could ever need was in the home. Hairdryer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, everything! We had one little hiccup with internet but it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. We'll be back!!'

'Two complaints. We were at the mercy of the main floor thermostat. Night temps were too warm. TV options were awful, especially on the weekend. All TV options were "free" Visio "channels". No Local networks for news or weather. Not one national football game available. VISIO free channels are not real channels. Please consider adding a real stove and a real refrigerator. We struggled with cooking (abandoned) and food cooling options forced us to buy ice and coolers. Apparently you planned on...

'This property was just as advertised. The directions were perfect and led us right to our private parking space. The property was very clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. It was also centrally located to all of the historic areas we wanted to visit! Thank you for a memorable trip!'
