'Left Frame Lofts are a unique experience that offers downtown convenience with surprisingly good sound dampening! There was a small hiccup with check in, and a small issue with the AC, but the property owner was extremely communicative and proactive to get things fixed. We had wonderful weather, so popped the patio door open for a bit and could hear all the city sounds. 'Owner has excellent communication skills and provides detailed instructions on getting there and parking. Unit was clean and in a great location. He provided a plethora of information with a sense of humor in the binder left in the unit for places to eat and visit. It is a nice touch and very much appreciated. We have no complaints about him or the apartment. The upstairs neighbors, not sure if they are long term tenants or short term renters, were very loud during our stay to include slamming...

The tub was amazing & beds super comfy. We didn't leave this place because we just sat inside with the lights off taking in the downtown views!!...

'Reserving this property proved to be a costly mistake. First, we couldn't find it, because the address was incorrect on the listing. When we finally arrived, we found less than safe conditions. The staircases to the three bedrooms and two baths were steep and missing a handrail. That was enough to convince us that we couldn't stay in this place. Sadly, we spent too much of our vacation locating a safer place to stay.'

'The place is so spacious. Clean. You can pretty much hear your neighbors very easily but it wasnt an issue for me and everyone who stayed here was respectful and its not like anyone went out of their way to be noisy. Beds are super comfortable. Randy was very accepting of me bringing my dog which i asked about last minute. And was also understanding about me checking out about 30 minutes later. Randy was very understanding to the fact i overslept because I work nights. No issues getting in....
