'We had the cottage and a Bungalow for our group of 9, and it worked out great. The location was walkable to the quarter and the street car line, and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood and Bywater. No concerns for safety, regardless of time of day. We would definitely stay there again. '

The location cannot be beat, you're walking distance from everything in the French Quarter, and the property was quiet and safe through the night. 'Place was clean except for stains in sink. I was given the incorrect door code but was able to resolve this with a quick call. Front door handle to exit was broken so I had to find an alternate route out of the building. (Staff member told me there wasn’t one.) Door handle was fixed quickly. Location was excellent and beds were comfortable. '

'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the airconditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. There was also a room for ice and laundry right next to my room and this door was constantly opened and closed, even during the...
