Goedbgelegen hotel, mooie restaurants en ook van zeer goede kwaliteit. Kamers zijn een beetje verouderd en niet alle apparatuur werkt meer op de kamer. Bij het inchecken werden we super slecht geholpen. Tot de manager kwam en hij alles goed oploste.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days with our extended family. I have traveled lots and stayed at many hotels around the world. I would say that this hotel was one of our best experiences ever. Everything was A from the cleanliness to customer service and the food. Our housekeeping staff, Soban, was particularly attentive and made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely visit this hotel for all of my future Delhi trips and will recommend it to everyone. Well done management and staff!

Amazing service. Needed a 3am taxi to the airport and no problem. Room service was very good. Loved the room and shower. Only stayed one night but wanted longer. Overall experience was oustanding. Will definitely be returning.

Sharanya floor manager made us feel very welcomed along with her assistant Payal. Passage carpet leading to room looked dirty and needing some upgrades to be really 5 star hotel. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and planning on visiting again.

Not the best radisson property ive stayed in but its ok for a day or two. Mosquitoes all over the hotel andbrooms had a few making it hard to sleep did report itwhen checking out. Amenity tray was so dirty and dusty i told the lady at checkout its not good seems to be like this for a while. Food was good pricy if u ask me for 2 persons we here for 2 nights and left the room only for bfast so all meals were ordered in via room service. So yes pricy but good portions. Breaffast was decent not the best and they seem to have memory issues when u ask them for something neverbbring it i asked for something a few times and never sawbthe light of day. Lady was on her phone on whatsapp most of the time until.boss came in. Wont be staying here again for sure hate the area although close to airport.

We get to the hotel at 4:30am and our room was not ready, then she wanted give us twin beds instead of our requested bed 40 minutes later someone else came and put us in a room that I wouldn’t consider a 5 star. In the morning corridor 2 rooms down they were sanding the walls and another person applying varnish to the door of a room . Aggravated my sinuses and was miserable the entire time I was there, when I went to complain of the odors and smell she said they didn’t have another room but will give refund for the first night. Then at checkout they said we have to go through Expedia. Can you help us..

The hotel prices itself as a 5 star category but does invest in upgrading any infrastructure. The hallway carpets are in pathetic condition. Lobby staff are polite but untrained. Area around the hotel is also substandard. No way price point is justified when stacked ip against other hotel options.
